Access to Mon Boxing, Tue Foundation Striking, Thu Foundation Grappling, and Sun No-Gi Grappling. Beginners start here; level up before MMA/other classes.

Flexible drop-in per class. Beginners may attend Foundation classes only; intermediate+ can join any class.

MONDAY

FIGHT TEAM SESSION:

CAGE WRESTILING

Invite-only fight team session. Cage wrestling focus: wall control, chain shots, grind rounds. High pace, high pressure.

10:30 - 11:30

SENIOR KIDS (11-15)

MMA STRIKING

MMA striking: warm-up, drills/pad work, then sparring or cardio—building precision, power, fight fitness, confidence, and discipline.

17:00 - 18:00

BOXING

Start the week strong—fundamentals plus advanced work, warm-up, pads/partner drills, circuit finish, minimal sparring.

18:00 - 19:00

MMA 

19:00 - 20:00

Monday MMA (intermediate+): refine essentials after Saturday sparring, target weak spots, build confidence; limited sparring, strong focus on technique.

TUESDAY

JUNIOR KIDS (6-10)

MMA STRIKING

A playful intro to MMA for kids: lively warm-ups, safe striking, agility games, and gradual body sparring—building confidence, coordination and love of fitnes

17:00 - 18:00

ADVANCED STRIKING

Invite-only for competitors: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai. Weekly focus rotates; activation drills, partner work, and 30-min sparring to finish

INTERMEDIATE STRIKING

Intermediate MMA: bridge to advanced with dynamic warm-ups, partner drills, offensive striking and footwork; finish with sparring and a path to interclub.

19:30 - 20:45

FOUNDATION

STRIKING

Foundation class: group warm-up, focused technique drills with time to refine; optional light sparring finish; preps students for advanced classes.

21:00 - 22:00

WEDNESDAY

FIGHT TEAM SESSION:

GRAPPLING

Invite-only fight team session. Grappling focus: takedowns, guard passing, leg locks, top pressure. Hard rounds.

10:00 - 11:30

Kids’ MMA grappling: full-body warm-up, partner drills, then controlled rolls or cardio. Build escapes, control, submissions—confidence, strategy, endurance.

MMA GRAPPLING

Kids’ MMA grappling: warm-up, partner drills, then controlled rolls or cardio. Build escapes, control, submissions—confidence, strategy, resilience.

ADVANCED 

GRAPPLING

Advanced grappling: apply systems and chains. For experienced athletes; sharpen setups, counter-wrestle, attack legs, flow to submissions.

18:00-19:30

INTERMEDIATE 

GRAPPLING

Intermediate MMA grappling: bridge fundamentals to advanced. With experience; refine technique, drill escapes, and flow to submissions via structured progress.

19:30-20:45

FOUNDATION 

GRAPPLING

Intro to grappling: learn fundamentals, ease into live drills, focus on escapes, then simple submissions. Ideal for beginners and advanced brushing basics.

21:00-22:00

FRIDAY

FIGHT TEAM SESSION: MMA

Mix striking and grappling with transitions. 10–11:30 advanced, invite-only for competitors. Warm-up, partner drills, extra sparring.

SATURDAY

INTERMEDIATE MMA

Mix striking and grappling—drilling transitions like punches-to-takedowns and cage wrestling. 9–10 class is intermediate; both basics needed.

ADVANCED 

MMA

Mix striking and grappling with transitions. 10–11:30 advanced, invite-only for competitors. Warm-up, partner drills, extra sparring.

SUNDAY

NO-GI

GRAPPLING

Sunday Grappling: refine essentials and situational awareness through drills, controlled sparring, and conditioning. Supportive, challenging, all levels.

Head Coach Adam “Apex” Amarasinghe is a 2017 IMMAF European Bantamweight Champion, undefeated as an amateur, and Victory Fights 2017 Bantamweight Champion. A proven Cage Warriors professional (7–3), he brings elite fight IQ, world-class fundamentals, and a relentless work ethic—guiding athletes to sharpen skills, build confidence, and perform under pressure.
